In this project, the main goal was to give a consequent outside space to every housing. Indeed, every terrace is thought as a living area but also establishes the housing threshold, between entrance/living room and the vertical circulations common to the inhabitants.
We get access to the building by a pedestrian alley which is divided into two parts.
This alley allows a transition between public and private space, as a supplement to the common yards which gives access to entrance halls, bicycles garages and service spaces.
Local stores, restaurants and coffees are located at the ground floor, in connection with the vehicular crossing and the old middle school.
